The Chilean legal system does not appear to have foreseen the unforseeable pandemic that has taken over the world. In this article, we give a concise analysis of the situation within the Chilean construction sector, which is struggling with the challenge of fitting the reality changed by Covid-19 into an outdated legal environment.
